 RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
 Diagnose and treat dental pulp and periapical conditions 
 Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and endodontic surgeries (e.g., apicoectomies), including permanent back molar endo. 
 Evaluate patient histories, radiographs, and clinical findings to develop treatment plans 
 Provide emergency care for dental pain and trauma 
 Maintain accurate and detailed patient records 
 Collaborate with referring dentists to ensure continuity of care 
 Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and aftercare 
 Ability and willingness to treat ability to treat a full range of patients, primary and permanent teeth, up to all ages. 
 REQUIREMENTS 
 
 You are a licensed Endodontist with a passion for providing excellent care to your patients. 
 Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
 You work well with the other members of your surgical team, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient. 
 Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patient 
 Treat approximately 7 - 10 pediatric patients in a typical OR day 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS 
 
 Experienced and comfortable working with pediatric patients 
 Appropriate state license and completion of an accredited Endodontic residency 
 BLS certification 
 AHA or equivalent PALS certification required within 6 months of start date 
 National Board certification strongly preferred 
 Comfort practicing in a wide range of anesthesia staffing models ranging from classic Anesthesia Care Team model to independent practice
