It performs complex root canal treatments, endodontic surgery and manages traumatic dental injuries and other procedures to relieve pain.  They use specialized equipment to treat difficult cases and help preserve the natural tooth instead of extracting it.  Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp and root tissues. Perform root canal therapy and endodontic retreatment. Conduct endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomies. Use i
