Part time endodontist associate position available for growing endodontic practice 2-3 days per week. Current associate has worked for 17 years and is cutting back. Practice is fully equipped with Global Microscopes each operatory, J Morita CBCT 2022 model. Practice is 100% referral based. Compensation is 50% based on production. Current associates earn between $3-$5k /day. Most ideal for an applicant is if you live within 1.5 hrs distance of Bakersfield, to work 2 days and stay in Bakersfield 1 night (accomodation covered). Ideal for travelling endodontists who do not want to take equipment around, or for endodontist, who are looking to fill their schedule with more days.
