We are currently a solo-doctor private-practice looking to add a second provider (Ideally full-time but part-time would also work).  The practice was a start-up that opened in May 2022 and has had a full schedule since the second month.  We have 5 operatories (4 treatment ops + 1 Eval op); two of the four treatment operatories were equipped with brand new equipment at the time of opening, the other two treatment rooms have been fitted with brand new equipment.  Our office is very nice and modern with large 'Gary Carr' style operatory setups.  New A4 Global microscopes, ASI carts, electric handpieces, etc.  We are in a very nice part of the Phoenix metro area that is growing very quickly.  Our referrals are all nice, great dentists that really want what is best for their patients.  The p
