Job Description:
As a Part-Time Endodontist at Havemeyer OMS, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated dental professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Your role will focus on providing specialized endodontic treatment to patients referred within our practice. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Endodontic Procedures: Perform a wide range of endodontic procedures, including root canals, retreatments, and apicoectomies, using the latest techniques and technology.
Patient Care: Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients, addressing their endodontic needs while ensuring their comfort and understanding throughout the process.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team of general dentists and specialists to coordinate patient care and provide consultations as needed.
Diagnostic Skills: Utilize your diagnostic skills to assess and accurately diagnose endodontic conditions, and develop customized treatment plans.
Patient Education: Educate patients on their treatment options, benefits, and risks, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decisions.
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program.
Board certified or active candidate for board certification.
Current state dental license and malpractice insurance.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
