West Atlanta Endodontics is the well-established and prosperous private practice of partner endodontists, Dr. David Norrington and Dr. James Smithson.  Our two offices are conveniently located in Marietta and in the thriving community of Cartersville.  Due to practice growth and expansion, we are seeking another endodontist to join our team.

Opportunity highlights:

• Schedule: Your preference to work 3 or 4 days / week.  What works best for your lifestyle? Standard business hours, no weekends, and no evenings.
• Location: Initially, days will be split between our Marietta location and our newer (and optimally designed) office recently opened in Cartersville.  Eventually, our new colleague will work exclusively out of our Cartersville location.   
• Supportive colleagues: Your input and ability to impact your day-to-day happiness is an important priority.  From your preferred materials to your dental assistant, your preferences are provided. 
• Associate or Partner: Option to remain an Associate or transition to shareholding Partner.
• Exclusive Fee-For-Service Private Practice: What does this mean?  It means that an insurance company’s contract does not influence our professional decisions, nor are we told what we are “allowed” to charge.  We are not contracted with insurance companies who ultimately, control your income (rarely increasing and often downgrading) what you can charge for the procedure. Ultimately, a skilled Associate’s paycheck will be on the higher end of Associate compensation due to the non-discounted fee schedule.
