Candidate must be a team player; experience is preferred but absolutely not a requirement.  Must have an Oregon license or have the requirements for licensure by credentials (if not, practice will assist associate in obtaining OR licensure), a graduate of an accredited dental school and endodontic graduate program.  Board certification is encouraged (practice will assist associate in obtaining Diplomate status and will cover
